What are Arterosil HP's ingredients? Is it gluten free?

Supplement Facts

Arterosil HP is made without gluten, dairy or soy. Vegan. Non-GMO.

Proprietary Blend containing: 

900mg Green seaweed (Monostroma nitidum) extract [MonitumRS™] grape (seed and skin) extract, green tea (leaf) extract, grape pomace (fruit) extract, tomato (fruit), carrot (root) juice, bilberry (fruit), broccoli (aerial parts), green cabbage (leaf), onion (bulb), garlic (bulb), grapefruit (fruit), asparagus (stalk), papaya (fruit), pineapple (fruit), strawberry (fruit), apple (fruit), apricot (fruit), wild cherry (fruit), mandarin orange (fruit), blackcurrant (fruit), olive (fruit) extract, cucumber (fruit).

How much grapefruit extract is in Arterosil HP?

Arterosil HP contains a fruit and vegetable blend that includes grapefruit. Arterosil HP was tested for furanocoumarins (the compounds in grapefruit and other foods that may lead to drug interactions) and none was detected, even at the lowest possible detection limit of 2.5ppm. As with any dietary supplement, we recommend you consult with your practitioner to evaluate whether Arterosil HP should be part of your wellness plan.

Does Arterosil HP contain potassium?

Arterosil HP contains a small amount of potassium. However, it is not enough to allowably be listed on the label.

Does Arterosil HP contain sodium?

Although sodium is natural in seaweed, the amount in Arterosil HP is negligible and not enough to allowably be listed on the label.

Does Arterosil HP contain iodine?

Although iodine is natural in seaweed, the amount in Arterosil HP is negligible and not enough to allowably be listed on the label.

Does Arterosil HP contain caffeine?

The green tea extract in Arterosil HP is decaffeinated. However, as with all decaffeinated products, there could be trace amounts of caffeine present.

Where is the seaweed in Arterosil HP from?

Our seaweed comes from island outcroppings in the Pacific Ocean.

Is Arterosil HP vegan?

Yes. Arterosil HP is 100% vegan.

Taking and Storing Arterosil HP

What is the dosage for Arterosil HP? How much should I take per day?

The recommended dose is 2 capsules a day.

The recommended daily dose of Arterosil HP is 2 capsules a day. We recommend one in the morning, and one in the evening, with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Does a patient need to take Arterosil HP forever or for the rest of their lives? How long does someone need to take Arterosil HP?

Your healthcare practitioner will be able to help you determine the appropriate duration of time Arterosil HP may be right for you.

Can Arterosil HP be opened up and eaten with food or juice?

Yes.

Yes, go ahead. Opening the capsule does not affect efficacy. The contents may be blended with food or a beverage, hot or cold.

If you take more pills than the recommended 2 capsules a day, does it work better?

I do intermittent fasting, how should I time taking Arterosil HP? Do I have to take it with a meal?

We recommend taking Arterosil HP with breakfast and dinner meals for two reasons:

  1. Some people find that supplements on an empty stomach can challenge the GI tract.
  2. The routine is easy to remember and stick with.

Ideally, twelve hours between capsules is optimal, but not required. We do have individual reports that taking both capsules with the mid-day meal is producing the desired results. With that in mind, you may tailor your timing as most appropriate for you.

Are there any contraindications with Arterosil HP?

As a dietary supplement company, we are not allowed to offer medical guidance. Please speak with your healthcare provider to determine whether or not Arterosil HP is right for you.

Regarding contraindications and possible interactions, we are not aware of nor have there been any reports of contraindications with Arterosil HP.

How are Calroy products quality controlled?

How do I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel an order during regular customer support hours (M-Th 8a-4p, F 8a-1p PST), the easiest and fastest way to cancel an order is to call us at 1-800-609-6409 or email us at [email protected].

Do you accept returns if I order through Amazon?

No, we cannot accept returned products ordered through Amazon. If you order from Amazon, you must return through Amazon, within their 30-day timeframe. Orders made through calroy.com are returnable for no less than 45 days.

Do you provide samples?

How do I change the payment method on my Subscribe and Save?

You can change your payment method by logging into your online account, or by contacting customer support.

To change the payment method of your “Subscribe and Save,” please login to your account at calroy.com. On the homepage, click on the “My Account” link on the right side of the screen.

On the left-hand side, click on “Payment Methods” and add your desired card. You may want to set your new payment method to default, and delete your old credit card. Make sure you also click on the “refresh” button to apply payment method to your Subscribe and Save Schedule.

Once you’ve added your payment method, please click on “Subscribe and Save” to verify changes.

Scroll down to “Payment Method.” If you don’t see your new card added, please and on “Edit Payment Method”. Here you will be able to add a new payment method and save these changes.

How can I change the date(s) of my Subscribe and Save?

To change the dates of your “Subscribe and Save,” please login to your account at calroy.com. Once logged in, click on the “My Account” link on the top right-hand side.

How can I pause/resume my Arterosil HP or Vascanox HP Subscribe and Save?

To resume your paused Subscribe and Save schedule, simply click on “Resume subscription” and confirm.  Once this is done, your subscription status will change form “Paused” to “Active.”

What are the ingredients of Vascanox HP?

Vascanox HP contains a carefully curated selection of synergistic compounds derived from fruits and vegetables. In addition to potassium nitrate, a precursor for nitric oxide, a blend with polyphenols and antioxidant activities supports the entire biotransformation process for nitric oxide.

Proprietary blend containing: Black garlic extract, beetroot extract, black currant extract, bilberry extract, raspberry extract, blue honeysuckle berry extract, blueberry extract

Vitamins/Minerals: Potassium Nitrate, Magnesium and Zinc Ascorbate, Thiamine Mononitrate, Methylcobalamin, Cholecalciferol.

How To Test and Interpret Your Results?

How to use the test strips?

1. It’s quick and easy. Test first thing in the morning before you eat, drink, or brush your teeth.

2. Simply put the end marked “saliva here” on your tongue for 5 seconds, then fold the strip in half so the pads meet, and press the two ends together for 10 seconds.

3. Match the color on the test pads to the key printed on the tube for your results.

How long after taking Vascanox HP should I test?

Test yourself to get a baseline before making any changes. Then test at 2 and 24 hours after taking Vascanox HP to track changes in nitric oxide levels.

How do I interpret my results?

The darker the pink color, the higher your nitric oxide levels. The goal is to be in the dark pink optimal range. Don’t worry if you tested low – many people do. It is normal for nitric oxide to decrease with age.

What do the color changes indicate?

In the nitrite test: The color intensity (white to light cranberry to dark cranberry) correlates with the concentration of nitrite in the saliva, which is indicative of NO levels in the body. (This is the lower tab on the strips). 

In the nitrate test: The color intensity represents the amount of prebiotic nitrate available in the mouth. (This is the upper tab on the strip)

General Product Information

How long are strips usable after opening?

There is no expiration date. It is best to keep the strips away from moisture by keeping them in the tube with the lid on when not in use.

Please note that the strips should be kept in their closed containers – prolonged exposure to humidity can cause them to activate.  

Oops, I licked the wrong end. Is that ok?

The test will still reflect your levels accurately- you may have tasted the activator and it is non-toxic* (it just tastes funny).
